Weight Loss Consulting Greatest Challenges
As a former full time fitness consultant, I have to tell you, it’s this type of client mentality and workload that become “the” burnout factor within this profession for me. People’s bad habits and behaviors once set on certain lifestyle and preferences within environment become very difficult at times to work with. I’m always amazed with the feedback I receive. Such as, “yah but I know this guy who went on this diet pill and dropped 30lbs in one month.” Or, “I’m not hungry anymore and my weight is melting away like butter.” “Diet pills are dangerous because they are very effective at quick weight loss reduction with dramatic results. “Your health is at risk when your fix is not of this earth, a dangerous game of consumer Russian roulette.”
