Lack of Sleep and Weight Gain Connection

Most are unaware when we lack a good nights sleep we are then sleep deprived and our body is chemically stimulated internally and then activated to gain weight. Much of this cause and effect has to do with behavioral habits, environmental stresses, overweight and/or other medical conditions or disorders that cause us to lose sleep.
