Mirror Athlete is owned and operated by Elizabeth
Woodard, serving as president of the company with
professional business experience in business operations and
management and professional degrees: Masters in
Education, National University and undergraduate degree
in Exercise Science from Portland State University, OR.
All information at Mirror Athlete on-line site is provided
by Marc Woodard. Marc is also the founder of Mirror
Athlete Corp and sits on the board of directors. Marc has
fitness/health consulting, business operations and
specialized military/civilian fitness expertise and
experience with the following professional degrees: MBA,
National University, CA and Undergraduate Degree in
Exercise Science from Portland State University, OR.
Mirror Athlete became incorporated on 29 December 2010
in the state of Oregon.

Patrons that want and need access to free fitness, health
and pain management information can receive it at "no
cost” located within Mirror Athlete’s health repository and
various areas throughout the Company site." Marc
provides this site article health repository information as a
way to give back to those that can make use of his
specialized fitness and pain management knowledge and in
search of better quality living information and unique
mind, body, soul products.
Affiliate Products,
Any product affiliate commissions received are held in the
affiliate accounts to pay fees back to the affiliate company
keeping the affiliate services active at MAE site for
customer product convenience services. These
commissions “in part” support the growth of our business.
Mirror Athlete Company Trade Marks, Copy Rights,
Brand Ownership
Mirror Athlete reserves all copy, trade mark and Company
name brand rights: Including ownership and rights to
distribute proprietary fitness and health
digital/traditional books, eBooks, unique video's, reality TV
concepts, media (voice/video/pod cast, etc) production
rights, other entitled “rights” entitled to Company
(monetary, compensation for use, etc.). To include author
unique images, pictures, guest writer article submissions,
electronic eBooks (including all MA fitness and health
articles), audio, software development applications;
likeness of owner for promotion of product/service; unique
proprietary information by author branded in any form
similar to Mirror Athlete (i.e., Mirror Athlete Science, MA,
etc.).
Donations to Mirror Athlete Outreach Program
All revenues received through donations to our “Saving a
Nation in Pain” outreach program will be used to
distribute a percentage of our published “Saving a Nation
in Pain” book materials to individuals, community
libraries, organizations, book clubs, etc.
What information do we collect?

site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill
out a form.

processes, etc. Mirror Athlete will only do business with
Above Board Business Excellence Practices. Our 3d party
affiliate product and services selections have secured credit
card, bank transaction processes. Also secured privacy
policies and protection measures to prevent identity theft;
and involuntary mailer list, or email Spam distribution
practices.
We are very proud of our affiliations and quality and
service provided by each product affiliate. We have
hundreds of 3rd party advertisers linked to our site.
Products, services and advertisement will be specific to the
health, fitness, nutrition, or physical well-being of the
customer (mind, body, and soul-spirit). Affiliate programs
work by using affiliate hop-links, or links through affiliate
accounts set up by Mirror Athlete Corp. If at any time a
customer has a problem with one of our affiliates; contact
us as we can then make an appropriate decision on
continuation of product affiliation. We are not in the
business of accepting LESS THEN Above Board Business
Practices.
Mirror Athlete Indemnity Disclaimer
o Mirror Athlete will not be held liable for any damages
as a result of product purchases from any of our affiliates,
to include aggravation of per-existing conditions, including
new injuries as a result of information, or product received
from our site. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to
make use of this information wisely. A prudent person with
chronic health issues, or known allergies, pathologies,
neurological, muscular skeletal injuries, terminal
conditions, etc., require advisement from their primary

informational health, fitness and wellness
techniques/products offered through our site and/or
affiliate product purchases. By all means, learn from the
material. "We encourage our customers to share this

greatly from one person to the other. We all assume a
certain level of physical risk when we participate in any
health-fitness activity/exercise consulting program.

forum for all types of visitors to enter and render opinions
if they choose. The customer has hereby been warned that
a primary care physician must work with the patient to
determine his/her best treatment course (And before
participating in any fitness, pain alleviation and ill-health
prevention [tips, recommendation, information, affiliate
products, etc.,] found at this Company site). Mirror
Athlete Corp. indemnifies itself from harm of 3rd party
and customer/patient lawsuits under this indemnity
disclaimer.
Mirror Athlete Offers Free Alternative Health
Information with Limited Scope
o Mirror Athlete offers FREE Western, or Eastern
medicine mind, body, soul spirit application-modality
expertise and insight. You simply will be armed with more
information to ask questions, or continue further research
in your quest to improve your overall health situation
while working with your medical provider. It is then
possible to develop a fitness-pain management program
that may not be otherwise possible. It must be stated,
there are injuries, illness and disease that are so severe and
chronic… Regardless of technique(s), health information-
products, or other fit-healthy services, may be of no use to
the customer/patient, or no use to those that are seeking a
"CURE ALL, OR ARE TERMINALLY ILL."
o Those that would attempt to find a cure all, or product
for the terminally ill will not find that information at this
site. That information is beyond our mission statement,
vision and outreach pain management expertise. We will
never endorse medical hype and would never play doctor.
