		<description>The best success at healing seems to occur when the spiritual healthy practises awareness is applied.  To me, the soul and spirit of being are interlocked.  And without a healthy spiritual practise keeping the soul healthy the mind is influenced to a negative degree.  And if the mind is influenced negatively, then the body and mind can become sick first with illness.  And if the illness is not addressed through spiritual soul healthy practises, disease often tends to take a natural ill-health progression and can progress to chronic disease.  No matter where negative engergy tends to originate within being, the total being tends to be impacted through unhealthy lifestyle and habit practises.  If spiritualism is missing in your life, I highly recommend exploring spiritual healing practises that include alternative techniques, i.e.,acupuncture, yoga, massage, prayer, meditation, etc.  I tend to draw a lot of spiritual energy simply by working out daily in a fitness center and hitting the spa for meditation.  You can also check out the internet for the other spiritual modalities dealing in spiritual healing: Reiki, Divine Intervention, Signature Cell, Theta Healing, Akashic Record Healing and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Some methods are more metaphysical (based on abstract of speculative reasoning... Philisophical) than others. I think the only thing that really provides a huge benefit to prolong the aging process is natural supplementation like found in your Wellness company and daily exercise per your article recommendations.  I like to walk daily.  Approximately 30-60min per day.  This equates to 3-5 miles a day depending on how the aches and pains are going.  Thanks for all you do!
