These chemicals can make you ill, cause chronic health problems e.g., diabetes, obesity, etc.  Plus, fast foods are high in fats that will make it more difficult to lose weight.  I don’t tell you to give up these foods; I only suggest you look for more organic alternatives and work towards calorie intake balance.</description>
