Unfortunately, unless someone would be willing to donate graphic design support... The appearance of
the site will not change anytime soon. Policies have been badly out of date and other information in this
site. Steps are being taken to update these things.
My focus is providing Free ill-health, pain mgt and fitness information at this time and working to
